Promotion Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for All Promotions:

1. Promotions are available until closing of business on 31 December 2022 unless otherwise specified.
2. Each promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and are not substitutable or redeemable for cash.
3. To redeem promotion, the patient must mention the promotion when booking the appointment.
4. Services will only be provided when suitable and appropriate.
5. Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.
6. Promotions subject to appointment availability.
7. Prices are subject to change.

Additional Terms and Conditions for New Patient Promotion

New Patient Check-up and Clean for Health Fund Rebate Only (No Gap Payment) OR $190 (valued at $295) if you’re not in a Health Fund:

1. Exclusive promotion for new patients of First Dental Studio only.
2. Promotion is valid for item numbers 011 (comprehensive oral examination), 022 (dental x-ray), 114 (removal of calculus), 121 (fluoride treatment).
3. Health fund card must be presented at the appointment to claim the health fund rebate promotion.
4. Health fund rebate may be greater than $190. If the health fund rebate is greater than the discounted amount, any excess amount will not be credited or refunded.
5. Health fund rebate only promotion is subject to payment by the health fund and health fund terms and conditions including annual limits and eligibility. The patient will be responsible for payment of $190 if payment is not made by the health fund. Check with your health fund prior to your appointment.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Free Consult and Bonus Whitening Promotion

1. Free 30 minute consult for General, Cosmetic and Orthodontic services.
2. Begin treatment before 30 June 2022 to receive bonus teeth whitening at the end of the treatment.
3. Not all patients are suitable for teeth whitening.
4. Offer valid for bookings made between 1 May 2022 and 30 June 2022.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Teeth Whitening Promotion

Zoom! In-Office Teeth Whitening for $660 (Valued at $990)

1. Not all patients are suitable for teeth whitening.
2. To give the best result, a professional clean and polish and preventive fluoride treatment may be required prior to teeth whitening at an additional cost of $140.

Additional Terms and Conditions for New Patient Referrals

1. In order to receive the $30 credit to your account when you refer a new patient the new patient must mention your full name at the time of the appointment.
2. The credit be applied to your account after the new patient attends their first appointment and only when the new patient settles their account in full.
3. First Dental Studio reserves the right to limit the number of referral credits a patient can receive. Referral credits must be redeemed by the patient at the next appointment.

Additional Terms and Conditions when using Afterpay

1. First Dental Studio has no control over your eligibility for Afterpay or the amount they allow you to use. This is between you and Afterpay. When you choose to use Afterpay as a method of payment at our practice, you agree to their terms and conditions which are found on their website: https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/terms-of-service

Additional Terms and Conditions when using Zip Money

1. First Dental Studio has no control over your eligibility for zipMoney or the amount they allow you to use. This is between you and zipMoney. When you choose to use zipMoney as a method of payment at our practice, you agree to their terms and conditions which are found on their website: https://zip.co/terms

Additional Terms and Conditions When Using Private Health Insurance

First Dental Studio has no control over what your private health insurance pays towards your dental treatment. We can process your health fund card on our HICAPS machine as a complimentary service. When we do this, they will pay any benefits to us directly on your behalf to save you having to claim back the benefits yourself after paying us in full. However, what your health fund pays towards your dental treatment is entirely between you and your health fund. It is your responsibility to contact your health fund regarding their terms and conditions, especially the benefits they provide and limits and restrictions on these. First Dental Studio does not accept responsibility when your health fund does not pay the benefits that you think they should. You are responsible for paying your account whether your health fund contributes to it or not.

Additional Terms and Conditions When Using Smile.com.au

In order to receive the discounted prices for your appointment, you must present your in-date smile.com.au membership card or valid smile.com.au partner health fund card to us at that appointment. Smile.com.au partner health funds are Defence Health, Australian Unity, Peoplecare, health.com.au, Budget Direct, Frank, GMHBA, My Own Health Insurance, AIA Vitality and Healthcare Insurance. The discounted prices are set out and provided to us by smile.com.au, which they have calculated as a minimum 15 percent discount off our normal fees. You will need to contact smile.com.au if you have any queries about the discounted prices or your membership benefits.

Additional Terms and Conditions When using other Third Party Schemes

When using third party dental schemes such as SACM, travel insurance, DVA and CDBS, we must abide by the individual terms and conditions set out by these schemes. It is your responsibility to contact the third party dental scheme you want to use regarding their terms and conditions, especially the benefits they provide and limits and restrictions on these. First Dental Studio does not accept responsibility when they do not pay the benefits that you think they should. You are responsible for paying your account if they do not pay us on your behalf.
